Hanny is a public company whose shares are listed in Hong Kong . Hanny is an investment holding company. After completion of the disposal of its business of development, marketing, distribution and sale of hardware, media and accessories used for the storage of electronic data, accessories and hardware under the Memorex? brand in April 2006, the Hanny group concentrates on the trading of securities, property investment and trading and other strategic investments including investments in associated companies which are listed on various stock exchanges including those in Hong Kong, Singapore, United States and Australia and long-term convertible notes issued by companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
